Dr. Jacqueline Donovan
Dr. Jacqueline Donovan is Double Board Certified in Foot and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Donovan is on staff at University Hospitals Ahuja, Bedford and Richmond Campuses as well as Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital.
Dr. Donovan completed her three year residency program at Grant Medical Center/OhioHealth in Columbus, Ohio where she served as co-chief followed by an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship. She practiced in Columbus, Ohio and was active in the residency program for 4 years before returning to her hometown, Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr. Donovan has extensive training in all areas of foot and ankle surgery including trauma, limb salvage, sports medicine, diabetic foot care, and the treatment of flatfoot, bunions and other common foot and ankle pathologies.
In her free time, Dr. Donovan enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, spending time with her family and following Cleveland Sports, specifically the Browns.
Dr. Nicholas Butler
Dr. Butler is a board-certified Podiatrist by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also an Assistant Professor of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in the Division of Foot & Ankle Surgery and Biomechanics at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Butler completed his medical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence , OH. Dr. Butler went on to complete post-graduate training in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Jefferson Health System in Stratford, NJ. Dr. Butler brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both podiatric medicine and surgery with an emphasis on diabetic foot care, sports medicine, pediatric care and preventive medicine. Dr. Butler is on staff and performs his surgeries at UH Lake West Medical Center, UH Parma and UH Beachwood Medical Center. In his free time, Dr Butler enjoys spending time with his family and watching his favorite sports teams, especially the Detroit Lions.
Dr. Richard Park, DPM
Dr. Richard Park is an ABFAS board-qualified foot and ankle surgeon originally from Atlanta, Georgia. He completed his advanced surgical fellowship under the mentorship of Drs. Donovan, Butto, and Butler, where he gained extensive experience in complex reconstructive foot and ankle procedures.
Dr. Park specializes in minimally invasive (MIS) bunion surgery, as well as plastic reconstruction and limb salvage techniques. His surgical approach emphasizes precision, function, and aesthetics—helping patients return to mobility with minimal downtime and long-term results.
Outside of the operating room, Dr. Park enjoys photography, reading, and exploring new cuisines. He is also deeply committed to community service and takes special pride in giving back to the Asian American community through mentorship, education, and healthcare outreach.
